In March of this year, the company officially started construction of the Hanking Semiconductor Industry Base project with an investment of 1 billion yuan. “We will use silicon carbide micropowder and blanks as raw materials, and after fine processing, we will finally produce finished products such as vertical boats and process tubes used in the semiconductor industry, striving to build the base into an industrial park integrating the research, development, production, and sales of finished products such as vertical boats and process tubes. After the project is completed and put into production, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 1.2 billion yuan.”
　　Construction started in March, and the main structures of all factory buildings were topped out in September. Currently, more than 400 construction workers are working on site every day, carrying out electromechanical facility supporting construction... Hanking Semiconductor's acceleration is the result of joint efforts.
　　“During the project approval stage, we brought together various departments such as fire protection and environmental protection to quickly handle pre-approval procedures; before the construction started, water, electricity, and gas infrastructure had already been laid to the ‘doorstep’ of the project, allowing the company to connect as needed; if any problems arise during construction, our ‘project manager’ is available at any time,” said Wang Dali, director of the Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone Project (Enterprise) Service Center. To ensure that project construction does not stop during the winter in Northeast China, the work must be done in advance, and time must be saved in the spring, summer, and autumn seasons.

At present, the agglomeration effect of the Hanking Semiconductor Base project, which is under construction, has already emerged, and upstream raw material enterprises have begun to settle nearby in the Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone. At the same time, information from the State Intellectual Property Office shows that in September and October this year, Liaoning Hanking Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. successively obtained patents for a high-speed drying system for silicon carbide and a polishing device for the rapid processing of silicon carbide products.
